The units are equipped with integrated manufacturing facilities comprising state-of-the-art machineries such as blown film plant, cylinder plant, printing machines, lamination machines and slitting machines.

Essel Propack is present in medical device business through its facilities in its USA and Singapore-based subsidiaries, Tacpro and Avalon, respectively. Each is a leading solution provider for catheter-based delivery systems for non-invasive surgery in OEM platform. Tacpro, with its facility at Campbell and Minneapolis, specializes in design, rapid prototyping, testing and manufacturing of catheter and its component. Avalon, the facility at Singapore is primarily focused in high volume economical manufacturing in Asia.
