Essel Propack has two plants located at Guangzhou which is capital city of Guangdong province. Guangzhou , known a South Gate of China, it plays a strategic and important role in China with advanced industrialized and economic development level. As per the 2011 census, the GuangZhou city has a population of 8 million and a metropolitan population of roughly 12.7 million. Both two plants of Essel Propack in Guangzhou are located at Guangzhou Economic & Technology Development District (GETDD) which is about 8 kilometers from the GuangShen Freeway and 18 kilometers from the HuangPu Port. It is one hour’s drive from these two plants to BaiYun International Airport which is one of the top 3 largest international airports in China.

EPGL

Essel Packaging (Guangzhou) Limited (EPGL) was established in the year of 1997..It is now located at Yonghe zone of GETDD. EPGL is a mother plant for East Asia Pacific manufacture base. It embraces a full conversion process of laminated tube including blow film, lamination, printing and tubing. Both ABL and PBL sheet can be made here with thickness range from 175 micron to 425 micron. EPGL provides with up to color letter press, silk screen and hot stamping printing. PSG tubing technology is adapted to produce tube with diameters ranging from 13mm to 50mm and tube length ranging from 40mm to 240mm. This plant has technical and supply chain capability to deliver different segment products including oral care, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and industrial product. Cosmetics excellence center is now set up at this plant. Both GMP and QS certification from China government are with this plant. DMF (Drug Master Files) certificate from FDA of U.S.A has been achieved as well. A dedicated 100,000 grade clean room has been built for pharmaceutical tube making within EPGL plant.

EPKB

Essel Packaging (Guangzhou) Limited Kai Fa Qu Branch (EPKB) was established in 2010. It is located at the West District of GETDD. It is a co-located plant with P&G in Guangzhou. The plant caters the latest PSG tubing machine LT250 which has high efficiency and quick mold changeover capability. It helps EPKB achieve full integration with P&G. This plant is with world class operational excellence in our company.

HeFei, China 

Essel Propack has one plant at Hefei which is capital city of AnHui province . The city is at center of China and it is one of China national transportation hub. It is with a population of 5.7 mio and is considered as one of the most famous land of abundance of the country.

Essel Packaging (Guangzhou) Limited Hefei Branch (EPHB) was established in 2004. It is located in the premises of Economic & Technology Development District of HeFei. The Plant is 10 minutes drive from the International Airport and approximately 20 minutes from the HeFei Railway Station.

EPHB is a co-located plant with Unilever in HeFei. It has PSG tubing machine of both high speed line and Ultra high speed line installed with the diameter range from 22mm to 38mm. With help of strong results delivered by this plant, Essel Propack got Unilever integration reward globally in year 2011.

Tianjin, China 

Essel Propack has one plant at Tianjin which is the metropolis in the North China and one of the five national central cities. It is 137 kilometers from Beijing. As per the 2011 census, the Tianjin city has a population of 12.93 million.

Essel Packaging (Guangzhou) Limited Tianjin Branch (EPKB) was established in the year of 2009 . It is located at Jin Nan Development Zone in Tianjin city. EPTB is a footprint of EP in north of China. Different machine technologies are installed in this plant. Besides normal capability. Top seal and IBL are equipped in this plant to serve for some special product with strong flavor protection at shoulder side. The plant provides an ideal service base to EP customer in both north China and north Asia including Korea and Japan.

Manila, Philippines 

EPPI is a full owned subsidiary of Essel Propack at Manila city of Philippines. EPPI was established in the year 1993 and is centrally located in the Las Piñas City, Manila. The plant is at a distance of 60 kilometers from Manila International Airport about 45 minute’s drive. EPPI has both tubing and printing capability to produce variance product portfolio. It now mainly serves the local customer at Philippines and is the only well established laminated tube operation in the country.
